A Critical CEO Transition
Led the design and execution of a critical CEO transition for a Fortune 500 company, engaging 200+ leaders and aligning the organization around a five-year strategic agenda.

The Situation
A privately held Fortune 500 company was preparing for its first CEO transition—without precedent or a defined playbook.
Our Role
We created a process that allowed the incoming CEO to meet the top 200 leaders of the company, establish a 5 year change agenda and cascade it across a global workforce. Support included: creating and implementing a global listening tour; conducting a debrief that connected what was heard with changes needed across the organization; aligning the changes that could be made in 3 and 5 years, then creating a 3 day event for Senior Leaders that scoped the path ahead and their role in it.

Co-Creating Global Growth Strategies
Facilitated a multi-year, cross-regional collaboration for a global food company to co-create growth strategies with regional leaders and external advisors.

The Situation
A global food company needed to develop market-specific growth strategies—with regional insights driving the conversation.
Our Role
We established a panel of external advisors from the regions where the company wanted to grow and, over a three year process, engaged them in conversations about growth. The result was strategies that global and regional leaders co-developed with the external partners. Support provided included: event management, extensive quantitative and qualitative research, pre-read material preparation and meeting summaries.
