Career
Project Engine is led by Kim Brooks, a versatile leader who thrives in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Over 25 years Kim has been a chief of staff at two nonprofits, built a grantee organization for a foundation, scaled the nonprofit practice of a global consulting firm and built the strategic initiatives function to serve the C-suite of one of the world’s largest food companies. She knows how to work with leaders of any sized organization and the importance of getting things done at pace.

Experience managing boards; building and transforming organizations; and driving communications and research agendas. More than 15 years spent overseeing teams, vendors, donors and multi-million dollar budgets. Particularly interested in philanthropic and corporate initiatives that focus on the intersection of business and society.
